Marc John Gauvreau

I am a certified Spiritual Director and have been practicing since 2011. I am an ordained minister with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada since 1991. I am also an instructor at Emmaus Formation Centre where I teach a course on Spiritual Disciplines / Soul-Shaping Practices. I have just completed my tenth year as an instructor at Emmaus. I received my training in spiritual direction at Tyndale and have been meeting with pastors, ministry leaders and individuals throughout Canada and the USA. I offer a welcoming environment where the Holy Spirit empowered ministry of compassionate listening, timely discernment and reliant prayer takes place, ensuring that awareness of, attentiveness and responsiveness to God is faithfully sought and gratefully received. I am married to my best friend Karen. We are grateful parents of 4 sons who keep us firmly grounded in this journey we call life. My favourite hobbies include fishing, landscaping, car detailing, and volleyball. I am also an accomplished professional bass (guitar) player. I look forward to being able to serve into God’s sacred purposes for each person he sends my way and am so honoured to have a part to play in their overall formation and vocation.
